Priyadarshan to remake ‘Naadodigal' in Hindi

Priyadarshan will direct the Hindi remake of the blockbuster Tamil hit of ’09, ‘Naadodigal,’ whose rights have been obtained by Woodpecker Pictures and Entertainment from its producers M/s. Global Infotainment Pvt. Ltd.

The Hindi remake will retain its youthful touch of friendship and romance which develops a rare twist in the tale, when the romance turns into revenge.

Priyadarshan's production house Four Frames will produce the remake.
The star cast will be announced soon.

The remake will be filmed in Mumbai, Polachi and UK, between April and July 2010 and is slated for a Diwali 2010 release.
