Do Knot Disturb is a story of a husband (Govinda) who is two-timing his wife (Sushmita) with a renowned item queen (Lara Dutta). To hide his illegitimate love affair, Govinda hires Ritiesh Deshmukh, who is a greedy waiter in a small hotel.

The story is about how they fall in funny, chaotic situations entangled in their web of lies.

Direction

David Dhawan truly is the guru of comedy. He has yet again, managed to deliver a super hit comedy. Talking about his direction, he perfectly knows how to bring the best out of his actors. David has gracefully converted every chaotic condition in the film into a comic situation.

Screenplay/Dialogues

We could say that the dialogues are the USP of the film. You could expect refreshing comic lines from the actors especially, Govinda and Ritiesh Deshmukh.

Speaking about the screenplay, it engages the audience and doesn’t bore you even for a bit.

Performances

David Dhawan has hit the nail with a combination of two best comic actors that Bollywood currently has- Ritiesh Deshmukh and Govinda. Ritiesh Deshmukh has definitely evolved as an actor and has outshone the rest of the star cast. Govinda remains to be the comedy hero that he is. He too has given a good performance and has won extra brownie points with his amusing facial expressions. Lara Dutta seems a bit over-the-top with her acting but, would surely be a visual treat for all the viewers. Though, Sushmita doesn’t have much to do in the film, she has made her presence felt.
