Amitabh Bachchan will star along with South Indian superstar Mohanlal in the Malayalam film ‘Kandahar,’ which will be directed by Major Ravi. The announcement of the movie based on plane hijacking has come after Amitabh’s visit in Kochi.

Ravi, a former NSG commando who had directed two films featuring Mohanlal, said, “I am just trying to imagine how the two greats would come in one single frame. It is great feeling when I think of that."

Big B will be seen as the father of a passenger on the ill-fated plane that has been hijacked and Mohanlal will play a commando.
