Saif Ali Khan has a keen eye for paintings. On a recent visit to Hyderabad to promote his new film Kurbaan, his attention was suddenly caught by a painting by Sachin Jaltare in the five-star hotel lobby. His mother has several paintings by this painter at their homes in Pataudi and Delhi.

On knowing that the painter actually lived in Hyderabad, he paid him a visit and happily bought two of his paintings.
