This Saifeena starrer film has gone though a lot. Earlier the Shiv Sainiks, then the Muslims. However, the film finally hits the cinema halls today after an order passed by the high court.
The Bombay High Court declined to stay release of film Kurbaan, but wanted the responses of filmmaker Karan Johar and actors Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor to a petition terming two of its songs vulgar.
 

For all those who don’t know, petitioner Mohammed Ali demanded that the film's release be stayed or the film be released after deleting the two objectionable songs. However, the division bench declined both pleas.
